Webhero DisService is an Outrage
I've had almost a week of frustration with server issues on my site. First down time, then inability to post or update my site, and now my site has been down AGAIN - this time for nearly 24 hours. Yesterday Wayne (I think that was name) told me he was requesting a move to a faster server and it should be fixed within just a few minutes. Not so!
Today, people trying to view my site see a "403 Forbidden" error. What the heck is going on? When will this be fixed and can I reasonably expect someone other than a first-level admin to give my site some attention and satisfaction??????????????????????????? Webhero, are you listening?
