Can I Get Some Webhero Love Here, Please

Since Thursday, I've been unable to respond to comments on my blog, update existing posts or write new posts. The site just times out. I suspected the issue was related to the huge traffic spike I experienced as a result of the Facebook Ads post I wrote. (It's been picked up by Digg, Reddit, Mashable, Technews, ChurchCrunch and a host of other sites.)
 
Finally yesterday morning I submitted an online request and then late last night spoke with someone by phone. The guy on the phone last night said he hoped they would have it fixed last night. The admin was going to move it over to a less busy shared server environment. (Note: this is after 4-5 help requests online and by phone on Thursday/Friday to resolve and understand a five hour downtime issue. All the while, I'm out of town.)
 
So, this morning - it's still not fixed. Ugh!
 
Any suggestions for how I can get a little love from Webhero to get them to resolve this issue today? Now?
 
Oh - and the other issue is that I learned in the comments and other posts that my original suggestion for the Facebook Ad fix won't work in this instance, because the culprit isn't Facebook - but a third party app developer. (Those dang quizzes!) I'd like to update my original post with that info, but have been unable to do so. My inability to respond is killing me!
